Dua For Success In Exams
In the name of Allah, most gracious and merciful. Making dua for success in exams can be much effective but it does not mean that you should leave studying and play all the time and then, at last, make duas for success in exams. It will never work if you do like this. Let me tell you a hadith regarding this, which helps you to clarify what I am saying,
Anas ibn Malik reported: A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, should I tie my camel and trust in Allah, or should I leave her untied and trust in Allah?” The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Tie her and trust in Allah.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2517)
What does it mean? It means that you should have to work hard for your exams first and then make duas and trust in Allah. Your duas will show results then. I am gonna tell you some duas which will help you in success, but it will be effective when you first work hard.

“My Lord! Increase me in knowledge.” (Surah Taha: 114) ↗
Here are 4 more ayahs from Surah Taha that translate to “O my Sustainer! Open up my heart and make my task easy for me, and loosen the knot from my tongue so that they might fully understand my speech.” (Surah Taha: 25–28). This was a prayer said by Prophet Musa (Moses) before he spoke to the Pharaoh. ↗
"Then Allah is certainly sufficient for you. He is the One Who has supported you with His help and with the believers." (Surah Anfal: 62) ↗
Don't forget to recite Darood Shareef before and after reading these verses. You just work hard on your own and then make duas and trust in Allah. InshaAllah, Allah will grant you success.
